TECHNICAL SPECS
SILOTOP ZERO is a cylindrically shaped dust collector for venting pneumatically filled silos. Its stainless-steel casing contains vertically mounted POLYPLEAT elements made from NANOFIBER filter media. The compressed air pulse-jet cleaning system is integrated into the hinged weather protection cover.
FUNCTIONS
Dust separated from the air flow by special filter elements drops back into the silo after an integrated automatic compressed air pulse-jet cleaning system has removed it from the filter media.
Air filtration capacity has been increased through innovative high-performance filter media, which requires less filter surface area.
This results in a lower pressure drop and dust emission of less than 1 mg/Nm³ for concrete batching plant application.

WAMFLO Vibrated Silo Venting Filters with Vibration Cleaning
|
 For applications without compressed air, WAMFLO Vibrated Venting Filters are a compact solution suitable for medium-light duty operation and non-hazardous dusts.
TECHNICAL SPECS
The WAMFLO Vibrated Venting Filter range has been designed for installation on top of silos, bins and hoppers, which are pneumatically filled by tankers or blowing pumps.
They come with a cylindrical stainless-steel casing and flanged bottom ring, which contains vertically mounted cartridge or bag-type filter elements, which are cleaned by an electric motovibrator.
An ergonomic polymer cover hinged to the rear top and filter elements that can be handled without any tools in the absence of nuts and bolts allow simple, quick and user-friendly maintenance.
FUNCTIONS
Dust is separated from the dirty air flow by means of the filter elements. An electric motovibrator fixed on the seal frame puts both seal frame and filter elements in motion to remove the dust from the media. The dust drops back into the bin or silo.
The cleaning system must start only when pneumatic filling has been completed.
The WAMFLO Vibrated Venting Filter range has been designed for venting applications only.

DUSTSHAKE R03 Polygonal Silo Venting Filter with Shaker Cleaning

 For venting applications in absence of compressed air, the DUSTSHAKE R03 filter represents a reliable cost-effective solution.
TECHNICAL SPECS
The DUSTSHAKE R03 Dust Collector has been designed for installation on top of bins or silos, which are pneumatically filled by tankers. DUSTSHAKE R03 has a polygonal casing and square bottom flange. It contains a vertically mounted multi-pocket filter element, which is intermittently cleaned by an electric shaker. A hinged top cover made of steel allows easy, quick, user-friendly maintenance.
FUNCTIONS
Dust is separated from the dirty air flow by means of a multi-pocket filter element. An electric shaker, which is fixed laterally on the bottom of the casing, shakes the filter element at intervals to remove the dust from the media. The dust drops back into the silo, bin or hopper.
Shaker cleaning may only be operated after pneumatic filling has been terminated.
DUSTSHAKE R03 is designed for venting applications only.
